Strategic Business Development for Coaches

Strategic Business Development for Coaches

You may be a recently qualified coach or have been working for a several years as a coach and want to build a portfolio of your own clients. You have a professional background but may be new to doing your own business development. (Sales and marketing). You are not sure where to start, or you have started, but it is not working as well as you had hoped it would.

Having a specialist coach and mentor to guide you through a simple, practical process can be an ideal way of helping to gain clarity, build confidence, create structure, and end up with a clear plan with the support to follow through.

Working with many coaches and practicing myself, I have perfected a method and a personal style that will help you to align your purpose with your ideal client and create the best pathway to authentically market your coaching business in a way that is true to who you are and want to be as a coach.

How It Works

Your Thinking Partner

I like to work closely and personally with my clients in a way that feels like we are creating a plan together. You guide the pace, and we work on your agenda and outcomes.

Initial Clarity

We start by clearly defining where you are now and where you want to be. Understanding your outcomes and the key focus areas will set the frame for a series of zoom coaching sessions over an initial 3-month period.

Maintain Focus

My proven regular bi- monthly sessions with thinking, planning and action taking in-between maintain focus and momentum. We start with 3 months (6 session engagement) with the option to continue the process.

Walking and Pondering

As walking and thinking can be so powerful, especially when it comes to making connections and being creative, I encourage clients to take a walk in-between the online sessions.

Guidance and Support

Staying on track with your business development, especially when you work alone, can be a challenge and having support will ensure you make it happen.

Specific Strategies

In addition to the core coaching structure, sessions can be used to focus on specific areas of importance to you for example, having effective sales conversations, making networking work, planning a webinar or event, building referral partners, reaching out to past clients or connections and more.

Your Part

Committing to the process

After investing in your professional training, accreditation and supervision, business development coaching and mentoring will help and support you in gaining the clients you are best placed to serve.

Just like any coaching, creating the space and making the commitment contributes to making the change you want happen.

From Here to There

At the onset, it is important to understand where you are now and where you want to be, what your challenges are and what you need to focus on.

I offer an initial Complimentary Clarity Zoom Call to explore this with you.
